Elysium and Dartmouth (ChromaDex) have both requested oral argument before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). You can read their requests here:
Oral argument is currently scheduled for four weeks from today: Tuesday October 2, 2018.
Both sides asked to project Powerpoint slides. Elysium wants an hour, or as much as ChromaDex gets if ChromaDex gets more than an hour.
