Updated Shorts versus Price Chart

Between June 1 and June 15, CDXC short interest and share price both rose. Short interest increased 541,781 shares, starting at 2,763,960, ending at 3,305,741. Price increased by 6-cents, starting at $3.28 and ending at $3.34.

It was the fourth consecutive reporting period in which both price and short interest increased.

Of course since June 15 share price has risen dramatically, closing today at $3.96, up 62-cents since the June 15 short settlement date, and up $1.07 since the current short selling spree began on February 15. We'll know next month whether this week's price spike was caused by shorts covering, or whether those purchases are yet to come.
