Further Delay in New York


The parties today filed a joint tale of COVID woe, the end result of which is to move the trial date back about five months, to summer of 2021 (one year from now).

The end result is this:

I actually view this as good news, rather than bad. Some delay was inevitable, but we did not know how much. So now we know, and maybe the litigation can remain on this track.


Note that the trial in Delaware is still scheduled for September 2021, and we do not yet have a new date for the trial in California.
