Elysium Answers Grace Patent Infringement Complaint


Elysium today filed its answer to W.R.Grace's patent infringement complaint related to Grace's patents on the crystalline form of nicotinamide riboside. You can read Elysium's answer here:



Unsurprisingly, the Answer says (1) We didn't infringe any of those three patents, and (2) Those patents are all invalid anyway. We'll see about that.


The main value of getting the answer is so we can proceed to a scheduling order, and then discovery, a Markman hearing, and finally trial. Onward!
