ChromaDex has requested an extension of time to file its principal brief on its cross-appeal as well as its response to Elysium's brief. Both arguments are currently due on Monday July 29, and ChromaDex has requested until Wednesday August 28. You can read the request here:
I suspect such things are granted routinely when unopposed, so August 28 is probably the new date.
