Case Management Plan in New York

ChromaDex and Elysium today informed the Court in New York that they have agreed to a plan to manage the New York litigation. You can read the proposed order here:

Here are a few highlights:

AUG 23: Document Discovery Complete
OCT 11: Fact Discovery Complete
DEC 20: All Discovery Complete

I don't see a proposed trial date, but the trial would be after the pretrial order, which is February 20, 2020.

So it would be reasonable to anticipate a jury trial approximately one year from now.
