CDXC Short Interest Sets New Record

Short interest in ChromaDex reached a new high as of April 13 (the most recent reporting date), moving up at about the same rate that share price moved down, once again demonstrating how susceptible to manipulation is ChromaDex's share price.

One day, volume and institutional participation might make ChromaDex's share price more stable and predictable. Until then, longs might be well-advised to make like Rip Van Winkle.

On the other hand, 4,376,746 shares represents a deferred investment of something in excess of $17M at the current share price. If buy orders of that magnitude showed up all at once, you wouldn't want to sleep through it.
