Orders on Summary Judgment

Below is Judge Carney's order granting in part and denying in part the parties' motions for summary judgment (as well as an order denying review of the Magistrate's decision). I don't have time to read them now, so I don't know the outcome, but I'll weigh in with some analysis in a couple days.
