Claim Construction Documents Released

Okay, so now we have redacted versions of the claim construction documents that will be central to next month's Markman hearing. That's the good news.

The bad news is that the joint claim construction brief is over a hundred pages long, and there are hundreds of page of exhibits, and I'm not going to be able to get to it before the weekend.

So I'm posting it now for the benefit of any legal adventurers who want to forge ahead with glazed eyes into the highly technical unknown and unknowable.

I'll post some commentary -- whatever I can make of the documents, if anything -- ASAP. But it won't be today or tomorrow.

A few exhibits are missing -- those were entirely redacted. But all the rest are below.

Exhibits A & B

Exhibits 1-6

Exhibits 10-17

Exhibits 18-30

Exhibits 32-41

I'm sure we'll get a reprise of all the exciting discussions about the meaning of "isolated," and we should get brand new discussions of whether NR is "in combination with" other things, but I haven't read it yet.

If you DO have a fun time in these documents, don't feel bad when it's all over -- we still have infringement and invalidity contentions too look forward to, as well as the resolution of Elysium's bogus standing challenge.
